Schedule Your Strategy Session

To ensure we’re aligned on goals, messaging, and logistics, we require all clients to complete a Strategy Call no later than 5 business days before the shoot.

During this 30–60 minute Zoom session, we’ll:

  • Clarify your video goals and audience
  • Finalize shoot logistics and creative direction
  • Identify key messages, visual style, and post-production needs
  • Answer any questions and prep you for a smooth filming day

👉 Don’t skip this—it’s how we deliver scroll-stopping, story-driven content that actually converts.

To ensure we’re fully prepared, all strategy sessions must be completed at least 5 business days before your scheduled shoot.
 If the session isn’t booked in time, your shoot may be rescheduled or canceled to protect production quality and alignment.
